Hi! My name is Gabriel and I’m a freelance writer. Over the past 10 years, my only source of income was my writing. What was just a hobby once turned into a profession before I became aware of it. For the past decade, I did nothing but write. I started out just before turning 18, cutting a deal with a friend in the middle of the night to rebuild on a dead local newspaper. From that point on I was hired in all forms of the media, television, radio, and the written press, both on paper and digital.
For more than half of the last 10 years, I focused on being my own boss, mentor, financial advisor and internal disputes department. I made a promise to myself that I’d never be employed again, and that I’d be able to take care of myself, my family, and my business on my own. It has now been more than 5 years after that day and I can safely say that I’ve done it.
Quitting your job to become a freelance writer is not a decision you should make overnight. It implies a lot of calculus, much planning, saving before you sign your resignation, as well as a bucketload of courage. A little craziness should also be added to the mix. If you’re on the brink of quitting, and starting all over again, if you’re ready for the freedoms, and the obligations that the amazing world of freelancing is offering, you’re in the right place.
Here’s how you can do it
If you want to learn how I’ve made it, today, for my 28th birthday, October 15th, I’ve released the 2020 edition of my book, the course for freelance writers based on nothing but my personal experiences from the past 10 years. You won’t find quotes from other bloggers or freelancers in the book. You won’t find any references to writers, social media gurus, or influencers. It’s just me and my techniques, that you’ll be reading about.
A few years ago, I was making peanuts money from my freelancing. I did so many things wrong that it’s a surprise to me now that I haven’t quit in so long. Something kept me pushing and wanting more. How I’ve managed to get from 0 to a steady and nice income with nothing but my laptop, and my passion for writing? That’s what I’ve explained in detail over the course. Grab it, read it, enjoy it and, most of all, put it into practice right away!
If you want to learn everything about how to make money online as a freelancer, especially through writing but also programming, design, or social media management, you can now buy my book. It’s called “From 0 To $2543 A Month With A Broken Laptop – The Freelancing Course From A Self-Made Content Creator Boss” and you can find it on Amazon.
